The valve grinding machine is used to restore the perfect shape of intake and exhaust valves in engines. The RVX-B grinder has variable speed from 30 to 300 RPM, allowing adjustment according to material and desired finish. It works with valves from 0.79-3.54 inches (Ø20-90mm) and includes 5 collets for stems from 0.16-0.49 inches (Ø4-12.5mm), covering practically all engines. The machine weighs 287 lb (130 kg) and measures 3.77 x 1.67 x 4.03 ft (1.15 x 0.51 x 1.23 m). Operates on 110V or 220V two-phase and comes with cooling system and stone dressing device.

The RVX-B also allows grinding the valve tip with specific device.

Maintenance includes daily cleaning of the cooling system, regular coolant water changes and chip cleanup. Collets should be checked for wear and cleaned after each use. The abrasive stone needs periodic dressing with the included diamond device. Bearing lubrication per manual and belt inspection. With proper maintenance, the RVX-B has service life over 15 years in professional use.
